Support Carroll Hall on ND Day!
Notre Dame Day is a celebration of the University we love, and where the Notre Dame Family competes to raise money for their favorite areas of campus. The Vermin of Carroll Hall ask for your support to help continue to make our dorm the great community that it is (and has been for so many years).
The memories made here last a lifetime, and this Notre Dame Day, you can help make new ones possible. Every dollar we raise on Notre Dame Day goes straight to Carroll Hall. Plus, your gifts help us unlock a percentage match of the $250,000 Challenge Fund AND make Carroll eligible for bonus prizes.
These funds go to support so many great Carroll traditions. Over this past year (2025-2026), we spent ND Day funds on:
- Preserving beloved Carroll traditions, from continuing to raise our iconic “Go Irish!” Banner on gamedays to keeping “Vermin Go Gold” alive as a symbol of hall pride
- Showcasing the very best of Carroll Hall to the entire Notre Dame community with our signature Carroll Christmas celebration.
- Ensuring that Carroll continues to be more than the average residence hall with meaningful community-building events like our Carroll Retreat, Alumni Brunch, JPW Tea Party, and more.
- Elevating everyday living in the hall with thoughtful upgrades, like a new coffee machine and furniture in the den, additional kitchen supplies, and other quality of life improvements.
In the upcoming year, we’ll be using our ND Day funding not only to carry on these incredible traditions, but also to celebrate our 50th Anniversary as a men’s undergraduate residence! Keep a lookout for more communication on these celebrations, which we hope to invite many of our Vermin alumni to attend.
