Bio: Hello! My name is John Nisbet and I’m the President of Carroll Hall for the 2025-2026 academic year. I’m a rising Junior from Portland, Oregon, studying Electrical Engineering with a minor in Energy Studies. Carroll Hall has been a second home for me the last two years and I am excited to welcome in 30 new members to this wonderful family. We have so many great things in store for our community this year, like refurbishing the Carroll basketball court and working towards another Hall of the Year win! Roll Vermin!

I am excited to serve as this hall’s Vice President next year, and can’t wait to organize some great events for the best guys on campus.

Bio: Hello! My name is Charlie Bacon and I’ll be a Junior this year, studying economics and business. I couldn’t be more grateful for another year in the best dorm on campus. As your student senator, I am here to represent you, advocating for Carroll Hall’s unique needs and bridging far quad to the rest of campus. I have many ideas for programming this year including an ultra-marathon competition and “carrolloke.” Can’t wait to welcome 30 new guys this year. See you in August. Roll Vermin.
